The Sales display for – 39  Luxury Beachside Residences  

ABOUT:

The Interiors sold the aspirational lifestyle of this project to potential buyers. Buyers could come to the display to touch and feel an actual kitchen and bathroom; along with scale model of the site. SOUL interior designed the 39 residences over 9 Levels. This multi-residential apartment featured both two and three bedroom Apartments + Pool area.  Noteably this project was awarded the National front cover of the Laminex Essastone booklet. 

STAGE OF COMPLETION:   Sales Display erected in 2018 + taken down months after due to increased targets reached.

SITE:  1669 square meters.

ROLE:  Primary interior design consultant for developer.
